1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of 5dtoto is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The 5dtoto platform does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the registered account holder acting on your own behalf. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 5dtoto or any of its affiliate entities.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or banned from the 5dtoto platform or any platform operated by an affiliated entity.
• Your use of the platform must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful where you reside.
• You must not register or operate more than one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you notify 5dtoto of any suspected breach.
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual.
• You will notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 14.

5dtoto reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of eligibility, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 5dtoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet payments via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Processing times may vary during peak hours or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
• 5dtoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit before crediting funds to a Member's account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your 5dtoto account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes during operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• 5dtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction. 5dtoto does not apply hidden charges to standard withdrawal requests.
• Members are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with receiving a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5dtoto offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Registering multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited without compensation.
• 5dtoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already claimed and in active wagering will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk bet strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the 5dtoto platform, including sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino games, slots, and any other gaming products offered by the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 5dtoto does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after confirmation, except in cases of an acknowledged system error on our part.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager and may be adjusted at 5dtoto's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body shall be final. For sports markets, this includes results certified by FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), BRI Liga 1 organisers, and equivalent authorities for other leagues.
• 5dtoto reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including cases of incorrect odds, incorrect match details, or technical malfunctions.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the Member's account balance as the original stake amount. No additional compensation will be payable.
• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the respective game suppliers and are available upon request.
• Live betting markets for events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Piala AFF are subject to live odds adjustments. Bets accepted at a published price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent odds movements, unless the bet was accepted after the relevant market should have been suspended.

7. Responsible Gaming

5dtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. We provide the following tools and resources to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Members may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a time-out, no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Members may configure periodic in-session reminders displaying time spent and net wagering activity for the session.

5dtoto strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. All new Members are subject to age verification, and the platform employs automated detection tools to identify potential underage access. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5dtoto platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with any event offered for betting on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose other than legitimate recreational betting and gaming.
• Accessing the platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account or to 5dtoto's systems or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 5dtoto staff or other Members via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5dtoto platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5dtoto or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 5dtoto.
• The 5dtoto name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 5dtoto by Members may be used by 5dtoto without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Member.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5dtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 5dtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 5dtoto does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.
• 5dtoto is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party payment processors.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 5dtoto's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

5dtoto collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• All personal data is stored on encrypted servers with access limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Transaction data transmitted between your device and the 5dtoto platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• 5dtoto does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where required by law or where 5dtoto has a legitimate interest in doing so to protect the platform and its Members.

12. Amendments

5dtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5dtoto will provide notice by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

• Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting support.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 5dtoto accepts no liability for any Member's failure to review updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. 5dtoto operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and applies global best-practice standards in all aspects of its operation.

• Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through 5dtoto's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
• The language of arbitration shall be English.
• Nothing in this clause limits a Member's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
